Quoted $185 to move stuff from truck to garage@4pm. They call @5pm they call and say they are charging $295. Unprofessional, unreliable, horrible business.
ONE OF THEM SWUNG HIS ARM AT ME AND ACTED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO HIT ME IN MY FACE - AND TOLD ME IF I DID NOT PAY, HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OVER TO HURT ME LATER DURING THE NIGHT. I WAS THERE ALONE, SO I PAID BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID. WHEN I HAD MY FRIENDS CALL THEM THE NEXT DAY, THEIR PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED. I DID NOT TRY TO CALL THEM AGAIN. SOME THINGS ARE JUST BETTER LEFT ALONE. I THINK THEY DO HURT PEOPLE WHO CROSS THEM.
I was supposed to get a refund when they overcharged me and they were supposed to arrange for a furniture repair to fix some rub damage from two months ago. I called many, many times (If I wanted to actually have someone pick up the phone, I had to call from a different number because of caller id), never got a real response out of them, never got a call back. The move was not great, but ok, I got what I paid for, but this has been beyond crazy.
I should have clued in on that, but I didn't. Never go with a company that does not have an address (I searched everything I could to find it and come up empty).
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! THEY ARE SCAREY! AFTER I FINALLY SAW THE DAMAGE THEY HAD ALREADY DONE AND WERE TRYING TO COVER UP I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE.
WHEN THE GUY WAS THREATENING ME, HE GOT SO CLOSE TO MY FACE THAT I COULD SMELL THAT HE WREAKED OF ALCOHOL.
